Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I have trimmed away all the crispy parts. There are still some live branches with foliage, but admittedly it now looks rather like a Charlie Brown Christmas tree.

I forgot to mention that I keep him indoors overnight during the winter.

Thank you for your kind reply. I’m sad to report that he is mostly crispy. I was completely ignorant of the dormancy requirement. Do you think he is probably a lost cause?
