I think they are ok in the 20s [f] but if it's in the teens and lower it might be a good idea to put them in the garage overnight. I'm still a newb so I'm sure someone with more experience will comment.

Thanks! I also have an unheated shed that I’ll probably put my smaller deciduous trees in. Then I’ve started digging an area in the backyard to bury some of the conifers to help protect them

Thanks for the reply! I’ve heard mixed things on conifers needing light so I wasn’t sure if the garage was a good place. My garage is insulated and attached so I think it will be a decent spot.
