How do I renew my membership?

For all renewals, please go to https://www.rmbonsai.org/account/my-subscriptions.

There you can update your payment method for your subscription.

We strongly prefer you renew online, as this reduces the administrative overload on the membership team. However, if for some reason that is not possible, you may bring cash or check to any RMBS meeting.

I think my renewal date is incorrect, who do I contact?

If you think your membership date is incorrect please contact us ASAP so we can update your account! Please reply to any official RMBS communications.

Do I have to renew online?

Accepted Answer

While we would strongly prefer you renew online, we understand if you aren't ready to do so at this time. You can still renew using the old ways (cash/check) at a monthly meeting or via mail. Please contact us with any questions.

Question 5

I have not yet renewed online. How do I access members-only content?

Accepted Answer

To access members-only content, you will need to sign-up with an account. An admin will then need to update your memberships to reflect your current membership status. We are currently working on creating a process for this and will push to get all existing members online during Spring 2024. More details to come!

Question 6

I am trying to renew my membership and it says "Paid Offline". What do I do?

Accepted Answer

The status "Paid Offline" shows that you are up-to-date on your dues and you that you paid those dues offline or not on the website. This could have been via check, Paypal, or Venmo in the past.

To renew online, please visit the Join page and purchase a new membership. This will add a second membership to your account. The membership team will clean this up over time so only the new membership is on record. Please do not hesitate reach out to us at membership@rmbonsai.org with any questions.

I am renewing my membership online and updated my payment information. How do I renew my membership?

Accepted Answer

Once your payment information is updated, your online renewal will occur automatically on the date listed next to "Next payment" in the details of your membership. Renewal will then happen automatically on that date and a receipt will be sent to your email. You may review your membership status at any time by going to:
