About the event

Description:

The focus will be on juniper styling, including wiring secondary and tertiary branches. Brennon will be providing a short lecture, handouts, and critique of junipers in various stages from his garden. Participants will have the opportunity to practice on a Rocky Mountain juniper and apply the same techniques with their own material. Please bring medium gauge (10-14) copper wire and small gauge (16-20) copper or aluminum wire if you are bringing your own tree to work on.

Participants should bring:

  • Basic wiring skills. This is an intermediate-focus workshop not suitable for brand new beginners.

  • Tools and wire (unless you're only working on the demo tree)

  • One or more junipers (unless you're only working on the demo tree). This workshop is limited to junipers.
