Hi folks I have grown indoor bonsai mostly Ficus for the past 5 years. I have never really had any pest issues. I normally do a preventive treatment thruout the year. I typically use a Bonide systemic and sometimes a very diluted solution of Bayer 3 in 1 spray. This year I have been majorly neglecting my trees as far as taking preventive measures, we recently moved and with all that chaos I haven't been doing good inspections. So now I have a slight mealybug issue. How do you guys prefer to eliminate this guys. The 50/50 alcohol water spray? On succulents I've had success with the alcohol and qtip trick but with a dense canopy that may be much harder. I'm thinking the spray treatment of the soil, branches, leafs etc... is the best method just wanted to see other folks thoughts and techniques. Thanks! GREG
