UPS tracking is pretty much useless anymore and does not show where your package is. Very frustrating if you ask me. I have some plants and I have no idea where in the US they are right now.
I did find this link from a UPS package store that does tell you where your package is! It works pretty good. https://www.theupsstore.ca/track/
I am going to try not using UPS anymore.
Have had same problem with Fed Ex. One bonsai related, one not. Site says package in Aurora but can't be delivered until Friday. Been in transit over a week.
I ordered a trident maple (dormant) last December. It was shipped (USPS) the 13th of December when we had a solid week or two of mild temps. The tree showed up January 18th after severe cold spells. I was sure it would be dead, but it was growing! lol. It must have gotten stuck somewhere warm.
I hope your plants show up unscathed!
Hello, Dan,
My trident maples came through unscathed and are in a strong growth cycle, so too the weeping cherries. One cherry and the stewartias didn't make it, but not fault of shipping. The extreme spring temperatures too much of a challenge and the bonsai set-up not the best. That has finally been rectified, and all are flourishing.
Are you bringing something for me to bid on at our show's auction?
Hope those young boys of your are doing well.
Regards, Pauline
